If you are researching what jobs exist within our government... you're in the right place. JIMS is the go-to online platform for job researchers and employers in the state of Arizona looking to stay competitive in today's job market. This user-friendly website offers a comprehensive and up-to-date database of job details for administrative positions to law enforcement roles and more, from various municipalities of Arizona, making it an invaluable resource for Human Resources professionals.
First, the data. JIMS is designed to allow for an easier, faster, and more accurate way to update data. Each participating organization is committed to updating job information on a regular basis. The information stored includes individual jobs with pay ranges and other valuable job-related information. Next, the research. JIMS provides many filter options to tailor your search to a particular job, sorting features for easy comparison and the ability to save job matches.
Anyone can use JIMS for job research. However, other features, such as job matching, are only available to users from participating public sector organizations.

From the Home page you have three options:

  1. Click on “Search” in the menu at the top of the page.
  2. Type any keyword in the ‘Explore Data’ search input and enter.
